I helped launch Evvy Clinical Care through updates to their packaging, site, and social media, and product development as their offerings expanded.
As a science-forward, information rich brand, our challenge was to tell the Evvy story and convey crucial information in a clear and accessible way.

Expanding Care Across Digital
As Evvy expanded their Clinical Care offerings, their digital ecosystem needed to evolve to support a more complex and sensitive user journey. We focused on integrating shopability into their Rx products across both logged-in and logged-out experiences, while also improving clarity within user treatment plans.
Throughout, we ensured that educational support and a sense of care remained central—especially important given the personal nature of the health topics involved. Following our updates, conversion to Evvy’s Complete Care Plan increased by 40%, marking a significant milestone in both product performance and user trust.
Clinical Care Launch
As part of Evvy’s Clinical Care launch, we helped design packaging that balanced medical credibility with the brand’s distinct visual identity—ensuring it felt both trusted and unmistakably Evvy. We also refreshed the look and feel of their social content, developing templates that brought greater cohesion and clarity across channels. These updates played a key role in shaping the broader evolution of the brand’s visual language.
